Honestly, l this tool has been absolutely amazing. It charges up fairly quickly and cuts through everything i have used it for, including very heavy duty card board. While being inexpensive, this cutting tool is great quality. The blade handle broke and it almost caused me to cut myself, so i decided something with safety in the design could be a better fit. I originally purchased this after using a carpet cutting blade to cut some cardboard boxes. Works well with paper all the way to heavy cardboard. And the cutter guide was small so you can make small incisions. Good product although wish the motor was more powerful. Having al little trouble buying replacement blades, out of stock. Cut cardboard boxes like knife going through butter. Opens up sealed plastic containers that stuff comes into with ease. Love this cutter, wish I would have gotten it years ago.I would recommend this device for commercial use. The cutter battery has never been fully drained but it’s used less than an hour in length in an application. We use the cutter about 3-4 times a day, making 12-14′ straight cuts in each corner of a box. We cut boxes made out of 1/4′ double wall corrugated card board. We cut the corners of boxes and fold in the flaps to remove excess space of unfilled shipping boxes. I bought this cutter to be part of our large box resizing system. The fix was removing the blade and resetting the spring loaded guide back behind the blade. A little delicate, one of my employees managed to jam the spring loaded guide over to the wrong side of the blade jamming up.
